It can only be in Podil, also known as Lower City, where the old streets names dated back to Kiev Rus can still be found: Schekavytska, Khoryva, Borysoglibska, Goncharna, Degtiarivska, Kozhumiatska etc. Nowadays, Podil has become one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Kiev.

Subway station Kontraktova Ploshcha is about 7-10 minutes’ walk away from the rental.

Next to the apartment building there is a 24-hour Silpo supermarket. Musical Theater is only 10 minutes walk away. Theater of Drama called Teater na Podoli  and Teatr Marionetok (a puppet theater) are 15 minute walk from the apartment.
