FlatLux was founded in 2005 by the team of professionals in the real estate field. After only one year of existence our company took its place on the daily rent apartments market in Kiev. In the process of work we established long term partnership with a lot of organizations which deal with daily rent apartments not only in Kiev but in the other cities of Ukraine too.

We aim to provide the guests of the capital of Ukraine with European service in the best traditions of Ukrainian hospitality. We are constantly improving quality of our services and add more and more of other extra ones to make your stay in Kiev easier. One of the main principles of our work is a personal approach to every client.

Our main business is providing guests of Kiev with daily apartments. All the apartments we suggest are in our own property or in trust so you rent them without any middlemen or commissions.
