Statistics of foreign renters

Our statistics show that up to year 2009, 70% of luxury apartments in Kiev were rented by foreigners. Naturally, these clients have specific demands to short term rentals. Foreign tourists prefer apartments located in a historical center of the city. These clients dislike small apartments and usually rent large ones with many rooms: 160 square meters and above. According to the experts, foreign citizens rent their apartments in renovated town-houses or low-level buildings. The most popular streets are Kreshchatic, Velyka Vasylkivska, Volodymirska and Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Our foreign clients demand high security at the buildings they occupy. A big selling point is a presence of a security guard or concierge and parking lot.

In a conclusion we can outline the main criteria of rental choices for foreign clients: maximum of comfort and security.
